Procedure: Open Rhinoplasty with lateral nasal sills, platelet gel.
Comment: Her 4 month postop photos show a narrower, but functional frontal view. Her profile reveals a deprojected and rotated nose. To deproject her nose, the ligaments between her nasal septum and tip cartilage were released. Tip narrowing sutures and a columellar strut helped rotate the nose. |
