Female patient complaining of nasal obstruction and desiring a conservative nasal change, especially in the region of her profile. This patient does not desire a radical change in the projection of her nose.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with spreader grafts, lateral crural strut grafts, division of septal-crural ligaments to softly deproject the nose, tip narrowing, osteotomies and lateral nasal sill reduction. A septoplasty and turbinoplasty were also performed.
Comment: her 3.5 and 7 months photos show a conversative change in her nose, especially on her profile views. |
