PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:Nasal deformity, deviated nasal septum.
PROCEDURE: Open rhinoplasty, septoplasty and bilateral turbinoplasty (lateralization/fracture), platelet gel.
FINDINGS: Left lower lateral cartilage (4-5mm) with alar retraction causing tip to deviate to left and narrow left middle vault, right lower lateral cartilage (5-6 mm), right posterior septal deviation, turbinate bony lateralization toward septum.
