Female patient desiring softening of
her nasal tip. She has had a septoplasty in the past but no
cosmetic work.
Procedure: Open Rhinoplasty with revision septoplasty,
ear cartilage graft, and deep temporalis fascia graft.
Spreader grafts, medial cartilage overlay, lateral crural
strut grafts, columellar strut and nasal hump reduction were
performed.
Other procedures: upper and lower (fat repositioning) blepharoplasty with peri-orbital erbium laser resurfacing.
Comment: Her 3 month post-operative photos reveal a softer,
more balanced nose. |
