Hispanic female patient desiring a smaller nose but still desires to maintain her ethnicity.
Procedure: Septal graft, platelet gel application, open structure with lateral crural strut grafts, columellar strut, hump reduction with osteotomies and tip work. She also underwent alar base reduction.
Comment: Her 3 month photos demonstrate a softer ethnic nose and her alar base reduction incisions are healing nice. |
