Male patient desiring an improvement in his nose, in addition to improvement in his lower face and chin region.
Procedure: Septoplasty, Bilateral turbinoplasty, platelet gel and Open Rhinoplasty. Functional aspects included placement of a left spreader graft and lateral crural strut grafts. Cosmetic aspects included tip refinement, hump reduction and osteotomies.
Other Procedures: Implantation of a medium extended chin implant and liposuction of the neck and jowls.
Comment: His post-operative photos reveal an improved neck and jowl region including the chin. The nose is refined while maintaining a masculine appearance.
