26-year-old African American male desiring a "westernization"Rhinoplasty. He has an ethnic nose surgery and wants it thinner and desires more projection. He also feels that his chin is set back too far.
Procedure: Westernization Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant.
Comment: Notice the improved but not over-corrected profile with more projection and slimmer nasal tip. His nostrils were also narrowed with a natural appearance. His chin is more projected giving him a more masculine appearance and stronger jaw line.
