Hispanic female patient desiring a softer nasal appearance. Patient also complains of nasal obstruction.

Procedure: Septoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, open rhinoplasty with hump reduction, tip reduction, alar rim grafts, and a small radix graft.

Comments: The alar rim grafts were placed to prevent narrowing of the nostril following tip reduction. These 6 week postoperative photos show a modest reduction in her nasal tip size and hump reduction. Swelling will continue to subside. This patient's surgery was featured on Dr. 90210.
