| Female patient with a history of a cleft lip and nose presents unhappy with her nasal appearance following 2 previous rhinoplasties and nasal obstruction.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with ear cartilage grafting, Goretex implants to maxillary base and dorsum, removal of previously placed Silicone dorsal implant, and turbinoplasty.
Comments: The after photos represent 3 months following surgery. Her airway is improved and tip is more symmetric. The nasal dorsum has an improved aesthetic line. This patient's surgery was featured on Dr. 90210.
