Byron -
Male patient unhappy with his nasal hump and droopy tip. He also has nasal obstruction. He desires a slightly more projecting chin.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with hump reduction, tip contouring with bilateral lateral crural strut grafts secondary to weak tip cartilage, tongue-in-groove technique to rotate droopy tip, septoplasty, turbinoplasty.
Other Procedure: Small chin implant.
Comment: The after photos are 2 months following his surgery. The nose is more refined, although, it will improve up to one year. His breathing is improved. His chin is more projected.
