A young, middle-eastern female patient desiring a softer, but yet not different change in the frontal view of her nose. She also complained of nasal obstruction.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinoplasty.
Comments: The after photos are 5 months following the procedure. Her tip is more defined, but natural. Her nasal tip will continue to improve in definition up to one year.
