Female patient desiring softening of her nose, especially her tip. Also has a deviated septum.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty, septoplasty and turbinoplasty. Platelet gel was placed.
Comment: Her 3 month after photos show an improved, but still swollen tip. A double-layered right lateral crural strut graft and columellar strut to help symmetrize the tip was placed.
