Young female patient desiring a softer, yet natural nose. She is unhappy with her current nasal appearance and has nasal obstruction with a deviated septum.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty.
Comment: Notice how her new nasal appearance is softer with generally the same characteristics. Her nose still "looks like hers".
