35 year-old female complaining of a "large" nose and desires softening of her appearance. She also complains of bilateral nasal obstruction. She notices that her nostrils "pinch in" when she breathes in.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with nasal dorsal and tip reduction with bilateral lateral crural strut grafts from ear cartilage to open up her collapsed external nasal valve.
The post-operative photos are 2 months following surgery.
