49-year-old female patient complaining of bilateral nasal obstruction and a "deformed looking nose" following a previous rhinoplasty. She also had a chin implant with her initial rhinoplasty now presenting with asymmetric right jaw fullness.
Procedure: Revision septorhinoplasty with use of ear cartilage for nasal tip reconstruction. Cartilage implants included: crushed radix graft, softening of the nasal dorsum and complete tip reconstruction with alar batten grafts, shield graft and an extended columellar strut. Patient also had a removal and replacement of her chin implant.
Her post-operative photos reveal a natural, more refined nose.
