PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Undesirable nasal appearance, deviated septum, hypertrophic inferior turbinates.
PROCEDURE: External (open) SeptoRhinoplasty with hump reduction, tip modification, lateral crural strut grafts, columellar strut, spreader grafts, rim grafts, infratip lobular graft, plumping grafts, alar base reduction, bilateral turbinoplasty and platelet gel application.
FINDINGS: Left septal spur with caudal deviation to right, weak right greater than left rims, over-projected tip.
COMMENTS: The 5.5 month post-op photos demonstrate an improved and natural nose, especially the profile. |
