PROCEDURE: Septoplasty, turbinoplasty, Open rhinoplasty with alar cartilage (lower lateral cartilage) repositioning, lateral crural strut grafts, columellar strut, spreader grafts, hump reduction, tip modification, nasal sill incisions (alar base reduction) and platelet gel application.
FINDINGS: Her post-op photos reveal an improved nose. |
