Her hump was softened with spreader grafts and lateral crural stuts. Plumping grafts, infratip lobule onlay grafts were also used.
PROCEDURE: Septorhinoplasty with Turbinoplasty and platelet gel.
FINDINGS: Left caudal deviation and right cartilaginous deviation with C-shaped deformity, narrow let middle vault, cartilaginous dorsum convex to right, anterior septum deviated to left. |
