PROCEDURE: Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of external valve collapse with placement of bilateral alar batten and rim grafts. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of external valve collapse with placement of left alar rim grafts. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of tip support with placement of columellar strut. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of internal valve collapse with placement of bilateral spreader grafts. Graft, right ear cartilage composite harvest. Right deep temporalis fascia harvest. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of external valve collapse with placement of a right composite graft for correction of the weak, alar retraction on the right. Revision Rhinoplasty (5th) with dorsal augmentation, platelet gel application. |
