Hispanic female unhappy with the appearance of her nose and having difficulty breathing through her right side.
PROCEDURE: Ethnic septorhinoplasty, turbinoplasty and platelet gel application. Columellar strut and lateral crural strut grafts were placed.
FINDINGS: Septum caudal deviated to left, posterior to right, bilateral narrow middle vault (right greater than left), left middle turbinate concha bullosa, splayed right nasal bone, superior turbinates visualized. |
