FINDINGS: Hanging, ptotic, tension tip with lateral crural overlay performed, narrow middle vault, bilateral composite grafts right greater than left.
PROCEDURE: Septorhinoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, bilateral concha cymba composite grafts, platelet gel application. Hump reduction, tipplasty, columellar strut, spreader grafts, lateral crural struts, lateral crural overlay and composite grafts.
Comment: The patient's early postop photos reveal an improved and healing nose. |
