FINDINGS: Caudal septum deviated to left, poor
tip projection after cartilaginous hump removed, narrow middle vault,
alar retraction, concave lateral aspects of lateral crura with mild
obstruction of external valve.
Procedure: Open septorhinoplasty with hump reduction, tipplasty, spreader grafts, lateral crural
struts, rim grafts and turbinoplasty.
Her postop photos show an improvement with a small residual dorsal hump. |
