Findings: Septum deviated to left, bilateral narrow middle vault (left greater than right), left greater than right alar retraction, narrow left nasal wall.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty, turbinoplasty with deep temporalis fascia for radix augmentation, rim grafts, spreader grafts, columellar strut and open septoplasty.
Comment: 4 month postop photos reveal an improved profile.
