Procedure: Tertiary revision septorhinoplasty, bilateral conchal composite grafts, deep temporalis fascia graft and platelet gel application. Grafts used: spreader grafts, columellar strut, fasica onlay dorsal graft and mucoperichondrium placed as infratip lobular graft.
FINDINGS: Native 5 mm lower lateral crura (LLC), Weak/ retracted rims. Narrow right middle vault, polly beak deformity, s/p septal resection along floor.
Comment: Her postop photos reveal an improved nose during her healing process. |
