Female patient desires a softer nose, especially in regards to her profile. She also desires a chin implant and to improve her breathing.
Procedure: Open septorhinoplasty with placement of bilateral spreader grafts, columellar strut, lateral crural strut grafts, repositioning of the lower lateral cartilage secondary to cephalic positionig of the lower lateral cartilage, turbinoplasty, small chin implant and platelet gel application.
Comment: Her 5 month postop photos reveal a healing, improved nose. Her nose will continue to change throughout the year.
