Preoperative Diagnosis: Nasal obstruction
secondary to nasal inlet obstruction (bony deviation),Internal valve
collapse, turbinate hypertrophy and deviated septum.
Patient also desired improvement of the appearance of her nose.
Procedure: External septorhinoplasty, turbinoplasty and platelet gel
application with placement of lateral crural strut grafts, columellar
strut and spreader grafts (double on the right).
Comment: Her 2 month photos show an improved, but healing nose.
