Young man unhappy with the appearance of his nose and with problems with nasal obstruction.
PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Deviated nasal septum and unacceptable nasal appearance, hypertrophic turbinates
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, right deep temporalis fascia harvest used as a radix graft.
FINDINGS: Preop: lower lateral cartilage cephalad edges: concave. Septum: caudal deviation to right and spur to left.
Comments: His postoperative nose is softer and is still healing. |
