PROCEDURE: Septoplasty, External Rhinoplasty
with alar base reduction, platelet gel application.
FINDINGS: 3+ right middle vault/ internal valve collapse with cephalic
lateral scroll of right lower lateral cartilage depressed. Open rhinoplasty
to address right internal nasal valve. Weak alar rims.
COMMENTS: Multiple spreader grafts placed on right. Rim grafts
also placed. Her 8 month postop photos reveal a softer, but yet
healing nose.
