Q - How bad are there scars after revision rhinoplasty?
A - Closed rhinoplasty procedures leave no visible scarring because the incisions are confined to the inside of the nose. With open rhinoplasty, a well-concealed, fine-line scar will result on the underside of the nose between the nostrils.
