Q - Is it true that the nose can be more runny after revision rhinoplasty? A - After revision rhinoplasty or primary rhinoplasty, the nose can be a bit more runny. However, this does not occur for all patients and typically clears up within nine months after surgery. In some rare cases, it can persist for two years or more.
