24-year-old male patient desiring reduction in the size of his nasal hump and stronger chin. Dr. Paul Nassif performed rhinoplasty surgery on this patient in his Beverly Hills office. Notice that his profile is still masculine but his nasal hump is gone. Adding a chin implant gives this patient a stronger jaw.
