Female desiring a less droopy, hanging tip and repair for a deviated septum. Dr. Paul Nassif performed rhinoplasty surgery on this patient in his Beverly Hills office. The overlay technique rotates (lifts upward) and deprojects (brings the nose closer to the face) the nose.

Open Rhinoplasty with Lateral Crural Overlay, Nasal Sill Excisions, Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty.
