This Asian patient desired more projection of his nasal dorsum and tip, in addition to a narrower nose from the frontal view. The postoperative results reveal a moderate improvement in the projection of the nose and a modest refinement of the tip. Dr. Paul Nassif performed rhinoplasty surgery on this patient in his Beverly Hills office.
