Patient and Surgical Information

30-year-old Hispanic male who complained of bilateral nasal obstruction, nasal tip droop, and a wide nasal appearance. He had a rhinoplasty 15 years ago. He also complained of his small chin. Notice the more refined, non-surgical nose in the postoperative photos. Dr. Paul Nassif performed this rhinoplasty surgery in his Beverly Hills office.

Surgical Technique

Revision Septorhinoplasty with Use of Ear Cartilage for Nasal Tip Reconstruction. Cartilage Implants Included: Crushed Radix Graft, Bilateral Spreader Grafts, Bilateral Lateral Crural Strut Grafts, Shield Graft, and an Extended Columellar Strut. Patient Also had a Chin Implant.
